Bring Your Group.
We’ll Create the Experience.
Private Horses & Humans Workshops
Gather six to ten friends, family members, colleagues or members of an existing group for a meaningful day in nature and in the presence of horses.
A private Horses & Humans workshop offers your group a different way to slow down, reconnect and explore how you communicate, respond and relate to one another.
Each experience is adapted to the needs and interests of your group.
There is no riding, and no previous horse experience is required.

A Meaningful Day for People Who Already Share a Connection
Private workshops are designed for established groups who would like to experience something memorable together.
Your group might include:
Friends
Sisters or family members
Women’s groups
Professional peer groups
Therapists, coaches or helping professionals
Workplace colleagues
Community or support groups
People celebrating a birthday, retirement or other milestone
People moving through a shared transition or new chapter
You do not need to arrive with a particular problem to solve.
Some groups come with a specific theme in mind. Others simply want to step away from their usual routines and spend meaningful time together in a calm and natural setting.

Choose a Focus for Your Group
We will speak with the organizer before the workshop and adapt the day around the group’s interests, relationships and level of comfort.
Possible themes include:
Connection and Communication
Explore how group members approach one another, communicate their intentions and respond to subtle signals.
Boundaries and Confidence
Notice how you express limits, take up space, ask for what you need and respond when another person or animal sets a boundary.
Trust and Collaboration
Explore how trust develops, how people work together and what makes cooperation feel either natural or difficult.
Stress, Presence and Emotional Well-Being
Step away from everyday responsibilities, slow down and reconnect with your own physical and emotional signals.
Life Transitions and Renewal
Create space to reflect on change, uncertainty, loss, growth or the beginning of a new chapter.
A Meaningful Celebration or Gathering
Mark a birthday, retirement, reunion or other important occasion with an experience that offers more depth and connection than a traditional group outing.
These themes are starting points rather than rigid programs. We shape the experience around the people who will actually be attending.

Why Horses?
Horses communicate primarily through movement, body language, attention and distance.
Because they respond to what is happening in the moment, they can help us notice aspects of ourselves and our relationships that are often difficult to see during ordinary conversation.
Their responses are not judgments or diagnoses. They offer immediate and often surprising information about how we approach, communicate, hesitate, connect and set boundaries.
The horses are not used as tools or expected to perform. Their comfort, choice and well-being remain central throughout the experience.

What the Day May Include
Every workshop is different, but your group’s experience may include:
Guided observation of the horses
Grounding and awareness exercises
Carefully supported interaction with selected horses
Individual reflection
Small-group and whole-group activities
Facilitated conversation
Time outdoors in a peaceful natural environment
Opportunities to connect the experience to everyday relationships and situations
Lunch and scheduled breaks
No one is required to touch, lead or approach a horse.
Participants are invited to take part at the level that feels appropriate and comfortable for them.

No Riding. No Horse Experience Required.
All activities take place on the ground.
You do not need any previous experience with horses, and you do not need to feel completely comfortable around them before attending.
We introduce the horses and the environment gradually. Participants receive clear guidance about safety, personal space and respectful interaction.
People who prefer to observe rather than interact directly can still participate meaningfully in the workshop.

Thoughtful, Professional Facilitation
Horses & Humans workshops bring together experience in psychotherapy, executive coaching, experiential learning and equine behaviour.
The facilitators help the group make sense of what emerges while respecting each participant’s privacy, comfort and personal boundaries.
The day may be reflective and emotionally meaningful, but it is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.
Participants are never required to discuss personal matters or disclose anything they would prefer to keep private.

A Few Things to Know
All activities take place on the ground. There is no riding.
No previous horse experience is required.
Participants choose their own level of involvement.
No one is required to discuss personal matters.
The workshop is reflective and psychologically informed, but it is not psychotherapy.
Lunch is included.
